Sr.Finance Manager

Have knowledge of day to day accounting. Experience in finance of more than 5 years. Able to carry out all statutory activities independently, including GST filing,etc. Able to prepare balance sheet,profit & loss and cash flow statement.

Responsibilities

  • Research financial information for audit purposes and financial reporting. Prepare and enter journal entries which includes correcting entries, allocating expenditures, grant related entries, etc.
  • Assist in year-end closing and both internal & statutory audits.
  • Preparation of monthly financial statements and Comprehensive Financial Report. Ensure proper accounting and reporting of assigned grants, which include year end calculation of accounts receivables and deferred revenues.
  • Timely submission of all statutory dues & forms (including GST) and return to the respective authorities.
  • Complete the task assigned by the seniors within the timeline allocated for the same.
  • Maintain discipline in office and reach in time.
  • Preparing monthly and quarterly- MIS.
  • Making the payment to the vendors & other service provider in time.
  • Proper filing & arranging the documents both hard copy as well as soft copy.
  • Analyze financial records and report and make adjustments as needed.
  • Assist bookkeepers, coordinators, principals, and administrators on day-to-day financial matters, reports and questions.
