Qualification: MBA / Post Graduate
Experience: 3 year plus in sales(B2B)
Preference for candidates : Should have relevant sales experience (Like Dairy Industry / B2B sales experience of equipment / Consultancy or concept selling experience)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Fluency in local language and At-least 3 year experience in sales are mandatory
- B2B Sales– experience of managing tier-1& tier-2 key accounts
- Managing the entire account from generating lead, pricing, negotiation, closing, follow-up, deployments, payments, repeat order etc
- Coordinating for Post-sales, installation and commissioning activities
- Should be able to understand the decision-making structure of the organization
- Managing the relationship with key stakeholders of the organization
- Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support
- Plan and carry out direct marketing activities. Manage the external marketing agency activities
- Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys
- Provide inputs to the engineering team to make the products more relevant for the customers
- Selling Products through consultancy approach.
